EU officially amends regulations on food contact with plastic materials and articles
Recently, the EU Official Gazette issued the Directive (EU) 2019/37, amending Annex I and Annex III of the Food Contact Plastics Material (EU) No 10/2011, which was officially implemented on January 31, 2019. Relevant materials and products that have been placed on the market before the effective date are allowed to be circulated in the market before January 31, 2020.
